Astro Rapid & Blitz online chess championship

This chess championship is conducted in partnership with ORMA(Ontario Regional Malayalee Association) and Mallu Cafe Radio USA.

Tournament Fee: 

Registration fee:  35 CAD. 

Payment via PayPal / Credit card /Interac etransfer

Sections: In 3 age group categories (U-10,  U-15, Adults)

Rapid : 10am to 1pm EST

Blitz : 2pm to 3pm EST

Time Control: 

Rapid : 15 + 0 

Bltiz : 5 + 3

Total prize amount of $3500 (CAD) which includes trophies upon 120  entries. 

The prize amount will be adjusted if the number of players are less than 120.

Fair play policy : All players are requested to read and adhere to the Terms & Conditions to be eligible for prizes.

All the prize winners will have to show a valid photo id with date of birth to claim the prize. We will also request your FIDE/USCF/CFC  ID( if available). 

We will be running the games in cheat detection software to ensure fair play and also will be monitoring via zoom.
